I found this article very informative on the materials of bokken and jo, something that would be very helpful if you are looking for your own practice weapons.

Christmas is coming

Ok I know its early but my wife asked me for some ideas on what I would like for christmas. I'm thinking Arby's. Really I was planning on asking for a weapons set (bokken, jo, tanto maybe a cutting blade for Iaido, and of course nun chucks cause the are totally sweet. whose got info on a good place for her to go? brick and mortar or online. any info is helpful. gracias amigos!
