MCFM - Moving to New Location

Hi All,

Just wanted to give you an update on the new facility in Hudson. We are working hard to get it ready by the 26th (tentative opening date).

It will feature an enclosed yoga room, 2 training areas, cardio and weight equipment and over 2200 square feet of mat space.

Anyone who wants to help paint or just work on stuff, let me know, we can use the help on the weekends.

Nikyu and above class on April 28th with Bonifay Sensei

Many of you know that we will be having a Nikyu and above class with Bonifay Sensei on April 28th.

All you brown and black belts, please make it to this practice!

Beginner class in Hudson

The beginner Aikido class is starting again in Hudson on Thursday Feb. 9th. The class will be 4 thursday sessions from 6:30-7:30pm. This class will be focusing mainly on Ukemi (with some new techniques to ease shoulder trouble) and very basic waza. All belt levels are welcome, but white and yellow belts are encouraged to come.

The class will be taught by Chris Kolve, Faith Eisentrager, and Jason Tucker.

New Classes added at Hudson MCFM

Starting Tuesday, January 3rd 2006 we will be adding daytime classes at 10am on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
