| Hudson MCFM will be offering a 4 week beginner's Aikido course that will focus on ukemi (falling) and the basic arts and movements. Attending this class will definitely increase your accelaration in internalizing Aikido.
The class will be instructed by:
Dr. Michael Pierce
Chris Kolve
Faith Eisentrager
The class starts Thursday October 27th, from 6-7pm and the following 3 consecutive Thursdays.

| Just a reminder that the beginner's class in Hudson starts this Thursday at 6pm. Please let me know if you plan on attending, so I can give Mike, Chris and Faith an update.
